Venture Out staff provides your group with opportunities to risk, grow, and succeed. Our staff has extensive experience and expertise in working with a wide variety of groups to support you in achieving your goals. Our priority throughout every course is safety--both physical and emotional. We are observers of the group process and act as guides to generate discussion, keep the group on task, and to provide support and feedback. Our staff consists of university students, staff and faculty members, as well as members of the community. Venture Out staff members come with all sorts of backgrounds, interests, and experience levels.
